This map of Las Vegas, New Mexico was created in 1882 by J.J. Stoner, a prominent 19th century map maker. The map shows a detailed bird’s eye view of Las Vegas as it used to be, including street names and old landmarks.
Landmarks on the map include Las Vegas College, San Miguel National Bank, Round House, New Mexico Planing Mills, Carriage Works, Hot Springs Hotel, Wooster House, New York House, and Grand View Hotel. The map also has a detailed drawing of the Montezuma Hotel and Hot Springs.
