All growth depends upon activity. There is no development physically or intellectually without effort, and effort means work. Work is not a curse; it is the prerogative of intelligence, the only means to manhood and the measure of civilization.
– Calvin Coolidge
Meaning
To improve in any area of life you must work. Nothing comes to anyone in this world without them first working towards its achievement. Most of life consists of work, but work is not a curse or a burden, it is a blessing.
Work enables you to create, change, and improve the world around you. It is your choice to work each day towards achieving your life’s work, or to rest on your laurels and wait to die.
Our advice? Work until you die, because by using your unique talents and abilities you can leave the world with something that is uniquely you – something that no one else has inside of them.
